Autodesk is celebrating the fall season by inviting ghosts and ghouls everywhere to participate in a series of Halloween themed contests happening on Autodesk consumer apps like SketchBook, Pixlr, Homestyler and Instructables. The contests offer participants the chance to win prizes like a Canon EOS Rebel T5i Digital SLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM Lens Full 16GB Kit, not to mention the opportunity to see their creations showcased to the Autodesk user community.
To get your Halloween inspiration on, visit the Instructables Halloween channel or spiff up your Halloween decor for unsuspecting trick-or-treaters with Autodesk Homestyler.
Follow the creative prompts to design a blank canvas during this 30-day drawing challenge. Take the blank canvas, download it and draw the prompt, then upload to your deviantART account and submit it to the Autodesk SketchBook group. Participants will have the opportunity to be featured on the SketchBook blog at the conclusion of Drawtober.
Share a photo that screams out Halloween on Twitter, Flickr, Instagram, Facebook, or Tumblr with the hashtag #halloweeks. Follow weekly prompts or just share anything you think embodies the spirit of Halloween — a haunted-looking house, a creatively carved pumpkin, a particularly awesome zombie costume from last year. Anything and everything “Halloween” will be considered for a prize such as a Sony QX10 lens or a gift certificate for CanvasPop.
Create a new Step By Step, Photo, or Video Instructable that related to Halloween costumes, food, decorations or props and compete for the grand prize which includes a Canon EOS Rebel T5i Digital SLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM Lens Full 16GB Kit.

One First Prize winner will receive a Nexus 7 tablet (32 GB, wi-fi), an AR.Drone 2.0, and a $100 3D-printing credit for 3D Creation Systems and four second place winners will receive other great prizes.
